E-Mail Reports

1to1Real's Email Reports allow you to track the performance of your mass conversation Emails by criteria such as the number of opens, click-throughs, and yet-to-be-opened emails. This will help you determine the effectiveness of each individual marketing effort so you can refine your Connected Conversation Messages and maximize your success. Selecting E-Mail Reports beneath the Marketing tab and then selecting a Project Space from the Project Space list displays the E-Mail Reports screen, illustrated below. This screen displays the statistics that have been generated for your Campaigns on an Email Reports list, including the E-Mail Name, and figures for how many of the Emails sent have been Sent, Opened, Unopened, Open (%), Link Clicks, CTR (%), Bounces and the date that the Email was Last Sent.

Clicking an Email Name on the list displays a pop-up menu, shown below, with a number of options available for working with the Campaign Emails you have sent out.

  1. Choose Show Sent List, Show Opened List, Show Unopened List, Show Clicked List or Show Bounced List to see which of the individual recipients have taken any action upon receiving the Email and which have not.
  2. Select Show Sent List to display this screen, which shows you who the Email was sent to. Select an option from the Bulk Contact Operations menu for any Contacts you select or click Close Group to exit this screen.

  3. Select Show Opened List to display this screen, which shows you who has opened the Email. Select an option from the Bulk Contact Operations menu for any Contacts you select or click Close Group to exit this screen.
  4. Select Show Unopened List to the display this screen, which shows you who has not yet opened the Email. Select an option from the Bulk Contact Operations menu for any Contacts you select or click Close Group to exit this screen.
  5. Select Show Clicked List to the display this screen, which shows you who has clicked on a link within the Email. Select an option from the Bulk Contact Operations menu for any Contacts you select or click Close Group to exit this screen.
  6. Select Show Bounced List to display this screen, which shows you which Emails bounced back to the system due to an invalid Email Address. Select an option from the Bulk Contact Operations menu for any Contacts you select or click Close Group to exit this screen.
