Step 1 of the Setup Wizard allows you to configure your Project Space. As explained within the illustration below, Project Spaces help you to divide workflow among the various aspects of your business. They can be used to represent, among other things, physical offices, strategic areas of your business plan or separate accounts that your business works with.
Although we’ve already created a default Project Space for you, you can certainly change it if you’d like by changing what has been pre-populated in the Enter a Project Space Name text field to what you’d like to call your Project Space.
Click Dismiss to continue using the Setup Wizard or click Next to continue with Step 2 in the setup process.
Step 2 of the Setup Wizard allows you to add users to your account. These users would, in general, be members of your team/organization. You can assign each user that you add a Role within the system as you add them during this step in the setup process. Follow the steps below to complete Step 2.
- Enter the new user’s Email Address in the Email Address text field.
- Select the new user’s Role within your organization from the Role drop-down list. Available options, by Default, are Executive, Director, Sales Agent, Marketer and Developer. You can add additional Roles to the system specific to your organization within the Administration->>Roles tab of the application by selecting Add New Role.
- Click
to add the new user to the system. A new blank line will be displayed, allowing you to add additional users, as necessary. - Click Dismiss to exit the Setup Wizard or click Next to continue to Step 3 in the setup process.
Step 3 of the Setup Wizard allows you to quickly set up your business process. As described within the illustration below, each step in a business process, such as a phone call, an email that has been sent or even steps such as issue escalation, among other things, can be used to capture the completion of a singular event within that process. We provide you with a number of Process Templates to get you started but you can easily add your own within the Process Flows portion of the application. Follow the steps below to complete Step 3.
- Select an Existing Templates checkbox to complete Step 3 of the setup process.
- Click Dismiss to exit the Setup Wizard, if desired, or click Next to proceed to Step 4 of the setup process.
Step 4 of the Setup Wizard allows you to import Contact information that you might have stored within other applications, such as spreadsheets or text files into 1To1Real™. We have provided you with an empty .CSV file which you can download and open in your favorite editor to paste your existing data under the correct headings. Follow the steps below to complete Step 4. 
- Click on the empty CSV file link to display the Opening RealImportCSV.csv dialog, illustrated below, which allows you to download and save this .CSV file to your computer, which is a Microsoft Excel comma separated values file.
- Alternatively, if you already have a .CSV file of your own, click Browse to locate the file on your computer and then click Import to upload it to the system.

- Select the Open with radio button to open the file in Excel, or any other spreadsheet application you might use, as shown in the following illustration.

- Or you can select the Save File radio button to save the file to your computer and open it using your spreadsheet application.
- Click Dismiss to exit the Setup Wizard, if desired, or click Next to proceed with Step 5 of the setup process.
Step 5 of the Setup Wizard allows you download the sample HTML Landing Page that we created for you when you established your account. As explained within the following illustration, Landing Pages are used to funnel contact information into 1To1 Real™. A Landing Page is a form which, when submitted by a visitor to your site, grabs that information and adds it to your database. Examples of Landing Pages might be the Contact Us page on your company website, Newsletter Signup forms, pages that you link to from your Email Campaigns or even the targets of Ad-Words clicks.
Click the sample html file with a form made just for you link to download the Landing Page Template.
Notice the Action property and Hidden input elements of our sample Landing Page in the following illustration. Many of these values can be modified to suit your specific needs.

- Click Dismiss to exit the Setup Wizard, if desired, or click Next to complete the setup process. As shown in the illustration below you have now successfully completed the setup process.
- Click Finished and you will be taken to your Home page, described in the following section of the document.
