Step 4 of the Setup Wizard allows you to import Contact information that you might have stored within other applications, such as spreadsheets or text files into 1To1Real™. We have provided you with an empty .CSV file which you can download and open in your favorite editor to paste your existing data under the correct headings. Follow the steps below to complete Step 4.

1. Click on the empty CSV file link to display the Opening RealImportCSV.csv dialog, illustrated below, which allows you to download and save this .CSV file to your computer, which is a Microsoft Excel comma separated values file.
2. Alternatively, if you already have a .CSV file of your own, click Browse to locate the file on your computer and then click Import to upload it to the system.
3. Select the Open with radio button to open the file in Excel, or any other spreadsheet application you might use, as shown in the following illustration.
4. Or you can select the Save File radio button to save the file to your computer and open it using your spreadsheet application.
5. Click Dismiss to exit the Setup Wizard, if desired, or click Next to proceed with Step 5 of the setup process.
