Selecting Users beneath the Administration tab displays the Users screen, illustrated below, which allows you to not only create and edit profiles for, assign roles to, and add or delete users from your organization, it also allows you to mark users as either in or out of the office (for example, if a coworker is on vacation or away on a business trip).
Selecting Add New User on the Users screen displays the Add New User screen, illustrated below, which is used to add additional Users within your organization to the system. Follow the steps below to add new Users to 1to1Real™.
- Enter the new User’s first Name in the First Name text field.
- Enter the new User’s middle name, if available, in the Middle Name text field.
- Enter the new User’s last name in the Last Name text field.
- Enter the new User’s name suffix (i.e., Junior, III, etc.) in the Name Suffix text field.
- Enter the new User’s SIN/SSN number in the SIN/SSN text field. SIN is the Canadian equivalent of SSN.
- Select the new User’s gender from the Gender list.
- Use the Calendar icon to enter the new User’s birth date in the Date of Birth text field, if available.

In the Phone Numbers portion of the screen:
Enter a phone number for the new User in the Phone Number text field and indicate whether the number entered is the Primary, Work, Mobile, Home, Fax, Pager or Other number for the User by making a selection from the Phone Number Type list, then click Add to add that number. Repeat the process for as many numbers that you have that can be associated with the User. -
In the Email Addresses portion of the screen:
Enter an Email Address for the new User and indicate the Email Address Type by making a selection from the Email Address Type list. Available options are Primary, Home, Work or Other. -
In the Mailing Addresses portion of the screen:
Select the Mailing Address Type from the Address Type list. Available options are Primary, Billing, Shipping, Other or Work. - Enter the street address for the new User in the Street Address 1 text field.
- Enter the second part of the street address for the new User in the Street Address 2 text field, if necessary.
- Enter the third part of the street address for the new User in the Street Address 3 text field, if necessary.
- Enter the new User’s city location in the City text field.
- Enter the new User’s state or province location in the State/Province text field.
- Enter the new User’s country location in the Country text field.
- Enter the new User’s zip or postal code information in the Zip/Postal Code text field.
- Select the project(s) with which to associate the new User from the Projects list.
- Enter the name of the company with which the new User is associated in the Companytext field.
- Enter the job title held by the new User in the Job Title text field.
- Enter the URL for the website with which the new User is associated in the Website text field, if available.
- Indicate a category for the new User by making a selection from the Category list. Available options are Contact Import, None or Website.
- Select Custom CSV as the sub-category within the Sub-Category list.
- The Source field indicates the date that the User’s information was initially entered into the system.
- Make a selection from the Call to Action list, which indicates the way this User became aware of your Company.
- Select a Rank for the new User from the Rank list. Please refer to the Settings section of the document for details on working with Contact Ranks.
- Add any notes to associate with the new User in the Notes text box.
- Click Save to save the new User to the system.
- Click Cancel to exit this screen without adding the new User.
Selecting a User on the Users list and then selecting Delete Users from the Bulk User Operations list allows you to remove a user from the system. As shown in the Delete Users window, illustrated below, taking this action will remove that user from the system if you proceed.
OK to delete the User from 1to1Real™, or click Cancel to close the window without deleting the user from the system.
Selecting a User on the Users list and then selecting Set as Out-of-Office from theBulk User Operations list allows you to mark a User as being out of the office; for example, when the User is on vacation or away on a business trip. As shown in the Set as Out-of-Office window, illustrated below, taking this action will remove that user from the automatic lead distribution process.
Click OK to mark the User as Out-of-Office or click Cancel to close the window without marking the User as Out-of-Office.
Selecting a User on the Users list and then selecting Mark as In-Office from the Bulk User Operations list allows you to mark a User as being back in the office; for example, when the User is comes back from vacation or a business trip. As shown in the Mark as In-Office window, illustrated below, taking this action will return that user to any automatic lead distribution process they are part of.

Click OK to mark the User as In-Office or click Cancel to close the window without marking the User as In-Office.
Selecting a User on the Users list and then selecting Add to Projects from the Bulk User Operations list allows you to mark a User as being associated with any number of existing Projects. As shown in the Add Contact To Projects window, illustrated below, taking this action will create an association between the User and as many Projects that you want them to be a part of.
- With the appropriate Project(s) selected, click OK to associate the User with specific Projects or click Cancel to close the window without creating the association.
