Clicking Add Template on the Feedback Templates screen displays the Add Feedback Template screen, as shown in the following illustration. Feedback Templates that you create are then displayed on the Feedback Templates list within the Feedback Templates screen. Follow the steps below to add Feedback Templates to 1to1Real™".

  1. Enter a name for the new Feedback Template in the Name text field.
  2. Select the Automatically Add to All Contacts checkbox to associate the new Feedback Template with all of your Contacts.
  3. Select either the Global radio button to apply the new Feedback Template globally across your organization or select the Project radio button to select individual or multiple Projects from the Projects list with which to associate the new Feedback Template.
  4. Add Feedback Items, as necessary, to the Feedback Template by entering a name for the Item in the Feedback Items text field and clicking Add.
  5. Click Remove for a Feedback Item that you determine is unnecessary to remove it from the Feedback Template.
  6. Click Save to save the Feedback Template to the system. It will now be displayed on the Feedback Templates list within the Feedback Templates screen.
  7. Click Cancel to exit this screen without adding a Feedback Template.

Selecting Settings beneath the Administration tab displays all of the basic information about your customized instance of the Connected Market Space, as shown in the illustration below.

This includes your Account Settings details (including the Name, Description, Product Title, Default Project and Default Process), your Contact Sources, and your Contact Ranks, which you can edit as necessary.

Clicking within the Contact Ranks portion of the Settings screen allows you to add additional Ranks to the system using the Contact Rank dialog, as shown in the following illustration.

  1. Enter a name for the new Rank in the Name text field and a description for it in the Description text field then click OK to add the new Rank to the Ranks list.

Clicking a Rank on the Ranks list allows you to select Edit from the pop-up menu that is displayed and edit an existing Rank using the Contact Rank dialog, illustrated below.

  1. Modify the information contained within the Name and/or Description text field and click OK to save any changes that you make to the system.

Clicking a Rank on the Ranks list allows you to select Delete an existing Rank using the Remove Contact Rank window, illustrated below, which is displayed to confirm that is your intention.

  1. Click OK to proceed with the deletion or click Cancel to close the Remove Contact Rank window without removing the Rank from the system.

Assigning Roles in 1to1Real allows you to create Categories to which employees, superiors and colleagues within your organization can be assigned. This will help you to better understand your business and coordinate with your coworkers effectively. These Roles are accessed by selecting Roles beneath the Administration tab to display the Roles screen, illustrated below. 1to1Real provides you with a group of Roles by default, including Executive, Director, Sales Agent, Marketer and Developer, but you can add additional Roles to the system that are unique to your organization by selecting Add New Role.

Making a selection from the Select Role list will display the Role Settings and Owned Roles associated with a particular Role, as shown in the illustration below. You can adjust the Owned Roles associated with a Role simply by selecting or deselecting the appropriate checkboxes.

Selecting Add New Role on the Roles screen displays the Add Role dialog, illustrated below, which allows you to add additional Roles to 1to1Real™ and base them on existing Roles. Follow the steps below to add a new Role to the system.

  1. Enter a name for the new Role in the Name text field.
  2. Enter a description for the new Role in the Description text field.
  3. Base the new Role on an existing Role by making a selection from the Based On list.
  4. Click OK to add the new Role to the system. The Role will now be accessible on the Select Role list within the Roles screen for editing purposes, if necessary.
  5. Click Cancel to close the Add Role dialog without adding the new Role to the system.

Selecting Project Spaces beneath the Administration tab displays the Project Spaces screen, illustrated below. Project spaces in 1to1Real™ help you organize internal contact distribution among you and your coworkers. Here, you can decide who will work with you:superiors, employees,colleaguesor any combination thereof - and if theywill receive notification when new Contacts are entered into your contact databaseor if they will receivenotification that new Contacts have been added. The Distribution Group function additionally allows you to distribute contacts across different co-workers that have been assigned to different Project Spaces.

Selecting aProject Space on the Select Project Spaces list displays the Settings, Distribution GroupsUsers

Clicking Add Project Space on the Project Spaces screen allows you to add additional Project Spaces to 1to1Real™ using the Add Project dialog, shown in the following illustration. Follow the steps below to add a new Project Space to the system.

  1. Enter a name for the new Project Space in the Name text field.
  2. Enter a description for the new Project Space in the Description text field.
  3. Click OK to save the new Project Space to the system. It will now be available for selection from the Project Space list within the Project Spaces screen.
  4. Click Cancel to close the Add Project dialog without adding a new Project Space.

Clicking within the Settings portion of the Project Spaces screen allows you to modify the settings for that Project Space, using the illustration below.

  1. Modify the name of the Project Space within the Name text field, if necessary.
  2. Modify the description for the Project Space within the Description text field, if necessary.
  3. Select an assignment type for the Project Space by making a selection from the Assignment Type list. Available options are Unknown, Undefined, Round Robin and Least Busy.
