Are You in Your Favorite Zone?

Thursday, 17 February 2011 20:51

Do you know who your most important contacts are? Now, in 1to1Real™, you can build and manage your workflow and set up 'Key Zone Activities' by simply selecting the Favorites star under the Contact menu to act as your instant workspace reminder.

1to1 real favouritesWhen you set a favorite contact you can focus and track your most critical daily activities around them.  Because you can set custom ranks and descriptions in 1to1Real™ you know where contacts stand in your pipe and what you have to do next.

Setting a contact as one of your Favorites mean they jump to your immediate recall list - making it easy for you to see everyone you know you have to deal with, and you can sort them any way you please. For example, when you filter by last modified, you can sort to instantly see where you left off and then go into your contact to review their information, check history, see your last process step, or just call and email with one click.

When you use the Favorites feature to create 'Key Zone Activities' you can speed up your sales to your hottest prospects, support on your most critical customers and stay on track of reports and other actions with your team members.

The best part? You can escape your inbox clutter by just opening your favorite contacts, viewing their specific history and immediately knowing what is happening in-bound or outbound.  Setting Favorites allows you to escape the distractions of unimportant emails by getting you to your most focused, most important contacts first.

Now ask yourself: Are you in your favorite zone?

Everybody has multiple groups of friends that don’t always mix perfectly. You might have friends from a book club and friends from the vintage car appreciation society – they’re all your friends, but they’re not necessarily friends with each other because they have different interests.  You wouldn’t treat all your friends the same way either; you’d never invite book club friends to a show and shine, and you wouldn’t bring car aficionados to a book signing.

How do you tell your clients about new products? Send an email and hope they’re interested?  Not very effective, but it is what people are used to doing.  However, with 1to1Real, you can do a lot more.  When you use 1to1Real, you do more than send an email – you can create an interactive, targeted campaign that carries on a conversation for you using the Automatic Drive feature.
