How do you tell your clients about new products? Send an email and hope they’re interested?  Not very effective, but it is what people are used to doing.  However, with 1to1Real, you can do a lot more.  When you use 1to1Real, you do more than send an email – you can create an interactive, targeted campaign that carries on a conversation for you using the Automatic Drive feature.

For example, imagine you have a shop will be bringing in several new product lines, and you want to tell your customers about them. The first e-mail you send might include a brief overview of the new additions with links to each line.  After that first email, that’s when Pedbot and the Automatic Drive starts working for you. You can set up messages to send automatically, depending on how people responded to the original message. If they clicked a link to get more information a specific product line, your Automatic Drive will then send them another email with even more information about that product line, and a coupon for some of the new products.  If they’re not interested in any of the new products and don’t click any of the links, you can program your Automatic Drive to remind your customers that you still have the products that they’ve bought before.

Of course, the example above is just one of the things you can do with 1to1Real. The possibilities are endless. Whatever you need to say to your customers, however you want to say it, 1to1Real can help you say it more efficiently and with less work, which means you can prepare better for your next sales call or meeting because you already what your customers are interested in.
